INDOMIE KUAH GOCHUJANG

BAHAN – BAHAN:
12o0 ml air
3 pks (@195 gr) Indomie Instan rasa kaldu ayam
100 gr udang besar, bersihkan
100 gr daging sukiyaki, potong-potong
60 gr jamur enokitake
60 gr wortel, iris tipis
15 lembar daun kucai, potong kasar
BUMBU – BUMBU:
2 sachet bumbu bubuk bawaan indomie rasa kaldu ayam
2 sdm gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt garam halus
1 sdt lada bubuk
½ sdm minyak wijen
PELENGKAP PENYAJIAN:
100 gr kimchi sawi
40 gr irisan nori
40 gr irisan halus daun bawang
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Rebus Indomie. Tiriskan ketiak sudah matang. Sisihkan;
2. Didihkan air. Lalu tambahkan bumbu Indomie, gula pasir, garam, lada bubuk, minyak wijen dan gochujang. Aduk rata;
3. Tambahkan udang, irisan daging, wortel, jamur enoki dan kucai. Masak hingga semua bahan matang.
4. Letakkan Indomie di mangkok saji dan tambahkan kimchi;
5. Siram dengan kuah panas dan isinya. Sajikan panas;
Untuk 3 porsi.
INGEREDIENTS:
1200 ml water
3 pkg (@195 gr) Indomie instant noodle, chicken flavor
100 gr shrimp, cleaned
100 gr sliced sukiyaki beef
60 gr enoki mushroom
60 gr julienned mushroom
15 gr garlic chives, long cut
SPICES:
2 sachet Indomie seasoning
2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp fine salt
1 tsp pepper
½ tbsp sesame oil
CONDIMENTS:
100 gr kimchi
40 gr seaweed
40 gr sliced leek
COOKING METHOD:
1. Bring to a boil the noodles. Have them drain when they are cooked;
2. Boil the water. Then add Indomie seasoning, sugar, salt, pepper, sesame oil and gochujang. Mix well;
3. Add shrimp, sliced beef, carrot, enoki mushroom and garlic chives. Let them completely cooked;
4. Arrange Indomie in the bowl and add kimchi on top of it;
5. Pour with the hot broth and the condiments. Serve hot;
