SALAD SAUS FRENCH DRESSING

BAHAN SAUS:

150 ml minyak zaitun 3 sdt gula pasir 1/3 sdt garam halus 1/3 sdt lada 2 siung bawang putih, cincang 2 sdm cuka anggur putih 1 sdm french mustard 5 sdm air jeruk lemon BAHAN SALAD: 150 gr daun selada, potong-potong 100 g timun jepang, iris membulat 60 g bawang bombay, potong-potong 50 g tomat chery, belah 2 2 sdm keju parmesan parut CARA MEMBUAT: 1. French Dressing: Tuangkan minyak zaitun, gula pasir, garam, mustard, lada dan cuka anggur putih ke dalam botol atau shaker. Kocok hingga tercampur rata. Tuang air jeruk lemon, kocok hingga terbentuk emulsi yang kental dan homogen. Dinginkan dalam kulkas. 2. Green Salad: Campur potongan head letuce, timun jepang, bawang bombay, dan potongan tomat chery ke dalam mangkuk. Tuang french dressing, tambahkan keju parmesan parut, aduk rata. Atur di dalam piring saji. Siram dengan saus dan taburi dengan keju parmesan parut. Sajikan dingin. Untuk 3 Porsi. INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING: 150 ml of light olive oil 3 tbsp of sugar 1/3 tsp of salt 1/3 tsp of pepper 2 cloves of chopped garlic 2 tbsp of white wine vinegar 1 tbsp of French mustard 5 tbsp of lemon juice INGREDIENTS FOR SALAD: 150 gr of head lettuce, cut coarsely 100 gr of sliced zucchini 60 gr of sliced onion 50 gr of cherry tomatoes, cut into 2 2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese METHOD: 1. French Dressing: pour olive oil in a shaker bowl and add sugar, salt, mustard, pepper and white wine vinegar. Shake them together until mixtures are blended well. Add lemon juice and shake until it is thick and homogeneous emulsion is formed and keep it in the fridge. 2. Green Salad: Mix all the salad ingredients in the bowl. Pour some French dressing on top and add grated parmesan cheese. Mix them well. Arrange them on the serving plate. Add more dressing and parmesan cheese on top before serving. Serve cold. For 3 portions.
