BAHAN – BAHAN:500 gr tepung terigu tinggi protein (cap Cakra) 70 gr gula pasir 250 ml susu UHT tawar cair 10 gr ragi instant 50 gr mentega 2 sdt bread improver (tambahan) 1 sdt garam halus 1 sdm wijen untuk taburan ISI: 100 gr keju cheddar, parut 100 gr selai kacang OLESAN: 2 butir kuning telur 1 sdt mentega 2 sdm susu tawar cair CARA MEMBUAT: 1. Campur bahan-bahan berikut: tepung terigu, ragi instant, gula pasir, bread improver dan garam; 2. Tuang susu tawar cair. Setelah diaduk selama 7 menit, tambahkan mentega. Uleni terus kurang lebih 10 menit atau hingga adonan kalis dan elastis; 3. Bulatkan adonan dan diamkan adonan dalam wadah tertutup selama 60 menit atau hingga adonan mengembang dua kali lipat dari besar semula; 4. Kempeskan adonan. Potong dan timbang adonan seberat 75-80 gr per buah; 5. Bulatkan adonan dan fermentasikan kembali selama 20 menit. 6. Isi adonan dengan keju parut dan selai kacang. Atur adonan yang telah di isi di dalam loyang beroles mentega. Susun secara selang seling antara adonan isi selai kacang dan keju parut; 7. Diamkan kembali adonan selama 10 menit. Olesi permukaannya dengan campuran bahan olesan. Taburi atasnya dengan biji wijen dan keju parut; 8. Panggang di dalam oven bertemperatur 170 derajat celcius selama 25 menit atau hingga roti berwarna kuning kecoklatan; 9. Sajikan hangat; Untuk 12 buah.
INGREDIENTS:

10 gr instant yeast
50 gr butter
2 tsp bread improver (optional)
1 tsp fine salt
1 tbsp sesame seed for topping
STUFFING:
100 gr grated cheddar cheese
100 gr peanut butter
BREAD GLOSSER:
2 pcs egg yolk
1 tsp butter
2 tbsp whole milk
CCOKING METHOD:
1. Fully incorporate following ingredients: bread flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, bread improver and salt;
2. Pour whole milk. After being mixed for 7 minutes, add butter. Knead the dough about 10 minutes or until it is smooth and elastic;
3. Make the dough round, and let it rest for 60 minutes, or it rises double from its original size;
4. Deflate the dough. Cut and weight the dough about 75-80 gr per piece;
5. Make the dough round and let it re-rise for about 20 minutes;
6. Fill the dough with both grated cheese and peanut butter. Arrange them into baking pan that has been covered with butter. Have them spread out which are on alternating position;
7. Re-rest for 10 minutes. Spread the top with bread glosser. As topping, use either grated cheese or sesame seed;
8. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes or until the bread is golden brown;
9. Serve warm;
