Puding BrowniesBAHAN – BAHAN:
15 gr bubuk nutrijell putih 7 gr bubuk agar-agar tanpa warna 700 ml susu UHT tawar cair 500 ml air 200 gr gula pasir 45 gr cokelat bubuk 40 gr tepung maizena 100 gr white cooking chocolate 100 gr dark cooking chocolate 40 gr mentega 1 sdt garam halus CARA MEMBUAT: 1. Larutkan ke dalam air: bubuk nutrijell, bubuk agar-gara, bubuk cokelat, tepung maizena, gula pasir dan garam. Aduk hingga semua bahan larut; 2. Masak dengan api sedang sambil di aduk-aduk hingga hampir mendidih; 3. Tambahkan susu tawar cair. Masak kembali hingga mendidih dan teksturnya menjadi kental; 4. Tambahkan mentega dan white cooking chocolate. Masak hingga cokelat dan mentega larut. Lalu matikan api; 5. Tuang adonan puding hingga separuh dari tinggi cetakan. Dinginkan hingga lapisan atas puding mengeras; 6. Sisa adonan: masukan dark cooking chocolate ke dalam sisa adonan dan aduk hingga cokelat meleleh; 7. Tuang sisa adonan puding diatas lapisan pertama. Dinginkan hingga mengeras; 8. Setelah mengeras, atur puding diatas piring saji. Taburi dengan cokelat bubuk. Sajikan dingin. Untuk 22 potong.Browbies Pudding
INGREDIENTS:
15 gr white jelly powder
7 gr uncolored jelly powder
700 ml whole milk
500 ml water
200 gr sugar
45 gr cocoa powder
40 gr cornstarch
100 gr white cooking chocolate
100 gr dark cooking chocolate
40 gr butter
1 tsp fine salt
COOKING METHOD:
1. Dissolve into water: jelly powder, uncolored jelly powder, cocoa powder, cornstarch, granulated sugar and salt. Mix them until completely dissolved;
2. Boil them with medium and keep stirring until it boils;
3. Add whole milk. Bring to a boil and it thickens;
4. Add butter and white cooking chocolate. Bring back to a boil until the white chocolate and butter melt. Then, turn of the heat;
5. Pour the pudding into the half of the height of the mold. Cool it down until the top of layer hardens;
6. Rest of the pudding: add dark cooking chocolate into it and stir well until the chocolate melts;
7. Pour the dark brown pudding on top of the first layer. Cool it down until it is hard;
8. After it is well firm, arrange the pudding on the serving plate. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of pudding. Serve cold.
