TERIMAKASIH.....Tablid Saji merupakan bacaan wajib bagi para praktisi kuliner, pelaku wirausaha boga dan siapa saja yang hobi masak atau pecinta makanan enak. Saya pembaca tabloid ini semenjak edisi perdana karena sangat informatif dan bermanfaat. Rasanya ada yang kurang jika ada edisi terlewat.
Rubrikasinya sangat beragam, dibagi dalam tiga kelompok. RESEP, didalamnya memuat Saji Unggul, Menu Minggu Ini, Saji Nusantara, Favorit Anda, Saji Kreasi, Pasti Jadi, Resep Seleb, dan Utak-Atik. Kategori INFO, ada rubrik Ini-Itu, Top-Tip dan Tanya Pakar. ARTIKEL, Plesir, Kisah Sukses, Peluang dan Artikel. Rubrik ini mewadahi semua informasi tentang dunia boga.
Beberapa edisi Saji sebelumnya dan pada edisi No 86/TH-IV yang beredar tanggal 29 November 2006. Tabloid Saji dan Penerbit Buku PT. Primamedia Mengiklankan dua buku saya yang
berjudul Cake & Tart serta buku Kue Tradisional. Kepada Penerbit, PT. Primamedia dan Tabloid Saji, saya atas nama pribadi mengucapkan terimakasih atas dimuatnya kedua buku saya tersebut.
